Business Management Fast Track Series

Starting a new business is a complex and demanding endeavor.  Whether you are just exploring, ready to launch, or an experienced entrepreneur brushing up on management skills, we offer a variety of tools and training programs to speed you on your way.  Please explore the options below and contact us when we can help.  The following one-evening classes will lead you through the steps you'll need to take, to ensure your success.  You may enroll for any one or all of them.  For a current schedule, click Calendar.  Classes are offered at least once every two months.  

 "Texas Fast Track" - a series of workshops for serious entrepreneurs.

Steps to Start up:  Basics you will need to know to successfully plan, start and run your new business.  Includes forms for financial projections and a business plan outline.

Marketing:  A Real Action Plan:  You will determine the purpose and key elements of a successful marketing plan.  Identify strategies and advantages for conducting market research..  Positioning your business correctly prior to opening is a vital key that will make the difference between prospering abundantly and struggling to survive.  Includes contents and budgets for a complete marketing plan.

Where's the Cash?   As a business owner, it is vital that you understand financial statements, and how others will view your success.  Accountants, bankers, lenders, vendors and others will all look at your business through the snapshots called your Income Statement, your Balance Sheet, and your Cash Flow Statement.  Here's how to know what they know.

Your Business plan will help you navigate the turbulent waters of early years in business and stay on course to your destination.  In this class you will explore the elements, applications, and contents of a good business plan, and create the structure that will guide you toward completion. Includes worksheets to begin your financial projections.

Legalities and Government Forms:  Will provide you with an understanding of what governments will expect of you once you open your business.  Federal, State, County and Local agencies will all enter into a relationship with your business, and you will need to know in advance what information you will need to provide and what costs will be incurred, regardless of the industry you choose.  Class includes review of forms for business formation, paying taxes and payroll.
